Shipping Policy

1. Coverage

Navvastram is a brand by Uniprint. Delivery availability is checked by PIN code. Unsupported locations may be blocked and COD may be unavailable in certain areas.

2. Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates appear at checkout. Dispatch details are provided when available. Estimates are not guaranteed appointments; destination, courier delays, holidays and unforeseen disruptions can affect arrival. Contact support about delayed orders.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping charges and eligible free-delivery thresholds are calculated at checkout. Review the final total before payment. Free delivery is not promised for every order or destination.

4. Addresses and tracking

Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Tracking details appear on the order tracking page when recorded. Request address changes before dispatch; changes may not be possible after courier handover.

5. Damaged parcels

Photograph visible damage, contents, packaging and the shipping label. Report damage within four days of delivery and keep the packaging for assessment. Follow the Return Policy and do not send items back without confirmed instructions.

6. Contact and rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
