Privacy Policy

1. Our brand

Navvastram is a brand by Uniprint. This policy describes how we handle information when you browse, create an account, contact us or place an order.

2. Information collected

We collect information you provide, including name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, reviews and support messages. Optional saved-cart and stock alerts store your email and the requested items. Session cookies support carts, wishlists and sign-in. Recently viewed products are stored in your browser.

3. Use of information

Information is used to process orders, verify payments, arrange delivery, provide support, manage damage claims, maintain accounts and protect the store against misuse. Optional notifications are used when requested.

4. PhonePe and Razorpay payment processing

Online payments are processed through PhonePe or Razorpay when that option is available at checkout. We share information needed to initiate and verify a payment, such as the merchant order reference, payable amount and currency. Razorpay checkout may also receive your name, email address and phone number to prefill payment details. PhonePe checkout uses a merchant order reference, payment amount and a return URL to bring you back to your order. The selected provider, its banking partners and payment networks may process payment-instrument, device and transaction information under their own privacy notices for authorization, security, fraud prevention and regulatory requirements.

Card numbers, CVVs, OTPs, banking passwords and UPI PINs should be entered only in the payment provider's or bank's authorized payment interface. Navvastram does not ask you to send these details to support and does not store full card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs in its order records.

We retain merchant order references, gateway order/payment identifiers, payment status, amounts paid, COD advances and outstanding balances to verify transactions, reconcile pending or duplicate payments, handle refunds and disputes, provide support and maintain accounting records. We may exchange relevant transaction details and order evidence with the selected provider or bank when needed to resolve a payment issue or meet applicable obligations.

The selected gateway's privacy notice also applies to information it processes: PhonePe — https://www.phonepe.com/privacy-policy/ ; Razorpay — https://razorpay.com/buyer-privacy-notice/ . Read the terms and privacy information shown in the payment interface before completing a transaction. Delivery partners receive the contact and address information needed to fulfil your order.

5. Security and retention

Administrative access is restricted. Records are retained as needed for order fulfilment, support, accounting and applicable legal obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security. Ask support about accessing, correcting or deleting personal information; legally required records may need to be retained.

6. Your choices

You may browse without an account, manage browser cookies and clear recently viewed history. Disabling cookies can affect cart and sign-in functionality. Contact support to withdraw optional notification requests.
